Yes. Ship it to any US street address, including yours, so the groom does not see it before the party. PO Boxes are not accepted.
How far ahead should we order?
Stag Jacket needs at least 21 business days of lead after payment. If the party is sooner than that, we do not take the order.

The Boy is $249 for the jacket only. The Man is $449 and adds coozies for the crew. The Stag is $749 and adds coozies and t-shirts for the boys. US shipping is included in those prices.
Can we return it if he does not like it?
No. Every jacket is a one of one thrift flip, so it is final sale except for a manufacturing defect.
